We host a free group run every Saturday at 8am year-round, rain or shine. Each week we will have 3, 6 and 10 mile route options. We’ve got several routes that we cycle through so if you show up 3 weeks in a row we’ll do something different each time. Small maps will be handed out before the run. You can also view our running routes here. All paces are welcome — runners, walkers, walk-joggers — come on out!
The run leaves at 8am from our store at 1948 Division St. We’ve got lots of free parking options in the gravel lots across the street. We can stow your keys inside the store and will provide water and electrolyte drink samples for before and after the run.

Track Workouts
Workouts will be lead by Coach Stef and start with a mobility warmup. All ability levels welcome. Workouts will have you ready for your fall races, with the last workout being the week before the Detroit Free Press Marathon!
