Marathon Intermediate

This 24-week program is designed for a runner who has done a full marathon before but is looking to improve their time. This program is also designed for a runner who has never done a full marathon but has done several half marathons and has done speedwork.

This program includes 5 days of running, 2 days of stretching and strengthening activities and 1 day of rest.
