Marathon Beginner

This 24-week program is designed for a runner who has not done a full marathon before. This is also designed for a beginner marathoner who has done a full but is not experienced with speedwork and is looking to improve their marathon time.

This program includes 5 days of running, 2 days of stretching and strengthening activities and 1 day of rest.
