Half Marathon Intermediate
This program is designed for a runner who has done one or two half marathons and is serious about improving their time. This program is also designed for someone who has never done a half marathon but is experienced at 10ks/5ks, has done speed work before and is looking to hit a certain goal time for their first half marathon.
This program includes 5 days of running, 1 day of Stretching and strengthening and 1 day of rest.
