Half Marathon Beginner I

This 12-week program is designed for a runner who is doing their first half marathon with the main goal of finishing. It is geared towards runners who are new to or have never done speed work.

This program includes 4 days of running, 2 days of Stretching and Strengthening activities and 1 rest day.
