5K Beginner III

This 8-week program is designed for someone who runs as part of his or her regular cardio routine but does not consider themselves “a runner”. They can run at least 2 miles or 20 minutes already and are looking to run their first or second 5k with a goal time in mind.

This program includes 4 days of running, 2 days of stretching and strengthening activities and 1 day of rest.
