10K Intermediate

This 8 week program is designed for runners that have never run a 10k but have run a few 5ks and have a time goal their first 10k. This program is also designed for someone who has run a 10k but is looking to improve their time.

This program includes 4 days of running, 2 days of stretching and strengthening activities and 1 day of rest
